What you can expect:  
 

• Establish a world-class organization. In a newly formed team, you are contributing to building our regional program & project management capabilities from day one. 

• Structure, organize and support various international programs & projects. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives of various scope, business size, complexity and duration. 

• Lead the path to achieving our sustainability goals. You are responsible for the coordination of sustainability programs and for continuous progress reporting in the region. 

• Ensure cross-functional coordination of task and projects. By orchestrating different functional leads and countries, you facilitate a seamless connection of global-, regional- and country-based programs and projects with a focus on sustainability. 

• Contribute to Strategy Execution Success. With your expertise you will guide the decision making of our senior leadership team and significantly contribute to the execution of the Knauf corporate strategy. 

What you bring: 

• Functional competence. You master project management processes, tools and systems. You have a solid understanding of sustainability practices and measures in larger industrial companies. 

• Manage complexity. You can manage multiple projects in parallel, structure complex tasks into manageable work packages and create realistic project plans with robust resource allocation. 

• Connect and work together. You quickly grow internal networks, develop accountability in project teams and direct other’s work to drive project success.  

• Learning agility and ‘can do’ attitude. You learn fast and quickly acquire a broad set of knowledge to best support various project scopes. 

• Exceptional communications skills. You connect well with people across various levels of corporate seniority and cultural nuances.  You bring excellent project documentation and presentation skills, to inform, manage and engage relevant stakeholders up to C-level.
