If it was still not enough, you will work from brand-new offices in Levallois-Perret (Paris), with a hybrid set-up possible.
What does the role involve?
In close collaboration with countries (Functional reporting):
Process Design, Implementation and maintain:
Implement new Order intake & fulfillment processes or modify existing ones according Group Strategy.
Develop and document processes, including testing and training
Insure S4/Hana implementation in the Region
Process Optimization & digitalization:
Select, track, and publish KPIs (Order entry accuracy, digitalization rate, Digital Order success rate, Manual touch rate, OTIF, perfect order rate, promise date adherence, back-order percentage, etc...)
Monitor process performance through KPIs’
Identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction while ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Proactively support the roll out of Supply Chain digital eco-system tools
Stakeholder Management:
Acting as Order Intake and fulfilment process specialist
Being point of contact for Group, WEI Countries and for other Streams
Build & Develop Regional Order community across the 7 countries in the Region
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
Customer Centricity:
Ensure that service levels are respected
Ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as efficient, economical and future-oriented logistics
Change Management:
Drive change management practices to ensure adoption of new processes
Define competencies and trainings in collaboration with Human Resources
Project Management:
Leading workstream teams and clearing obstacles.
Facilitating decision-making and ensuring project milestones are met.
What you need:
Functional expertise. You know how to design, standardize, and continuously improve end‑to‑end Order entry and fulfillment processes across countries; to ensure KPI performance, compliance, system enablement, and stakeholder adoption.
Digital mindset and analytical skills. You understand and analyse sales, production and financial data to drive optimization and contribute to customer service level as well as P&L continuous improvement. You are comfort with KPIs, diagnostics and scenario analysis. You understand digital transformation through EDI, RPA, AI and any other tools
Business ownership. You will proactively take all necessary actions to get things done in an international matrix set-up. You understand trade-offs to focus on what matters the most, balancing global, regional and national needs to maximize value creation for the region.
Exceptional communications skills. (including presentations): you can exchange in both formal and informal ways with all levels in the Group and you can promote & cascade clearly any strategically decision taken by the Group and the Region. You can as well listen to the countries and support their needs in any optimization.
Functional leadership in a Region in Development: You will take care to build up the Supply Chain Order Fulfillment community through the WEI Region and engage this community in the transformation journey.
