Your role at Knauf :
The regional organization KWEI (Knauf Western Europe & Israël) is evolving with the ultimate goal to make Knauf a “Great Employer for Great People”. To reach this goal, various projects and initiatives are identified in our People roadmap. To execute the roadmap and to transform good ideas into added value actions, we welcome a HR Project Manager.
- Support planning, execution and follow up of various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing:
- Employee Value Proposition
- People Engagement
- HR Development (e.g. adoption of new LMS…)
- Annual Performance Review and Talent & Succession Planning
- Total Rewards initiatives (e.g. Bonus policy, Global Grading Structure…)
- Implementation of HRIS
- HR processes development (e.g recruitment, relocation…)
- Leadership program
- Etc.
- Support People Country community in their use of HR tools (Success Factor, LMS, Engagement Survey plateform…)
- monitoring completion rate, Reporting, Reminders,
- support key users
- coordinate the change management journey when it comes to Success factor implementation
- Organize KWEI People community routine (Bi-weekly call, Regional People Meeting etc.)
- Follow up KWEI leadership development program
- Assemble Knauf 100 Country People organization inputs
- Support KWEI Regional Team members in various HR processes (recruitment, regional meetings, etc.)
- Gather People KWEI HR KPIs in a dashboard (e.g attrition, FTE, age…)
- Work on ad’hoc analysis (e.g recruitment costs, company car policy…)
- Lead KWEI communication channel via Viva Engage
- IT HR systems development
Your assets for this position :
- A Master Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in human resources project management (talent management) in an international environment.
- Knowledge of HR development processes (talent management, succession, etc.)
- Daily work with HR systems (LMS, HRIS [Success Factor], etc.)
- Successful track record working cross-culturally.
- Expertise in Project Management and change management experience
- Very solid MS office (MS Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Fluency in English (other language is a +)
